| Download the 3453C_v2.3.33.zip file to a temporary location on your computer's hard disk drive. Extract the .zip file to an empty directory on your hard drive. Follow the instructions in the firmware.txt file. |

for Windows XP and Server 2003 users: If you do not use V.92 functionality with the USRobotics Internet Call Notification application, you may use the operating system's built-in driver.

Note
: The modem will initially install using the default driver provided by Windows Vista. Our enhanced driver is available by following the instructions below:
- Download the file to a temporary location on your computer's hard disk drive.
- Double-click the file and follow the USRobotics Modem Installation Wizard to update modem driver.
